Ottaviano Sanseverino Vimercati è il Responsabile del Dipartimento di Energia e Infrastrutture dello Studio.
Attivo nel settore dell'energia fin dalla fase iniziale del processo di liberalizzazione, assiste società italiane e straniere in questioni relative a: trading di energia elettrica e gas, CTA, PPA ed altri contratti di fornitura, importazione di gas ed energia elettrica, aspetti regolatori relativi a energia, gas e servizi in generale. Rappresenta clienti italiani e stranieri in relazione a operazioni di investimento nel settore dei servizi pubblici.
Si è laureato maxima cum laude in Giurisprudenza presso l'Università “La Sapienza” di Roma nel 1990.
È entrato a far parte dello Studio nel 1995 ed è diventato Partner nel 2001. Ha trascorso molti anni presso la sede di Londra di cui è stato responsabile.
È membro dell’Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano ed è anche scritto presso la Law Society in Inghilterra.
Parla italiano e inglese.
