Francesca Staffieri
Partner

Francesca Staffieri is a tax lawyer. She advices major multinational companies, Italian and foreign investment funds, private equity funds and institutional investors in M&A deals, acquisition finance transactions, project financings, debt and equity investments, real estate transactions, structured finance and securitisations. She is also regularly involved in DCM and ECM transactions.

Prior to joining our firm Francesca worked for major international legal and tax practices.

Francesca graduated in Law "maxima cum laude" from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome in 2001.

She is a member of the Italian Bar since 2004.

She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
