Fabio Baglivo has gained, through his collaborations with leading Italian law firms, consolidated experience in Administrative Law.
In particular, he has developed broad experience in administrative litigation, providing legal assistance before Regional Administrative Courts, State Council and Supreme Court in all areas concerning administrative law, with specific reference to public procurement procedures, public companies, state property concessions and procedures for obtaining government grant in several economic sectors. He also deals with administrative law profiles involved in the acquisition of corporate shareholdings, including those concerning the application of the foreign direct investment regulation. He also has extensive experience in providing assistance before the Court of Auditors concerning administrative and accounting liability judgments.
He graduated in Law from the “Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca” in 2005, and later obtained his Master degree in Administrative Law and Lawsuit from Just Legal Services in 2007.
He is the author of numerous publications, particularly on public contracts and administrative procedural law, most recently collaborating on the Dictionary of Administrative Process, published by Giuffrè in 2022.
He regularly participates as a speaker in numerous specialisation courses and conferences on public contracts, public companies and administrative process.
He is Co-founder, Scientific Director and Lecturer (Administrative Law Module) of the Legal Training School “Progetto Forense” with offices in Milan and Rome.
He is a member of the Italian Bar and he is licensed to practice before higher courts.
He speaks Italian and English.
