Edoardo Mura has gained experience on corporate law and M&A.
He focuses on Venture Capital transactions, with particular reference to the phases of due diligence and drafting investment and shareholders’ agreements, advising industrial companies, entrepreneurs, funds and Venture Capital operators in acquisition transactions, investments, sale or purchase of majority or minority stakes. He also assists Start Ups or Scale Ups in growth investment transactions.
He graduated in Law magna cum laude from the University of Bologna in 2021 and obtained an LLM – with distinction – in International Financial Law from King’s College London during the same academic year.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
