Elena Properzi works in the Corporate and M&A department.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni in 2023, Elena worked for the Civil Court of Milan in the banking and insurance section and for the legal office of the Italian Revenue Agency in the litigation team.
She graduated in Law magna cum laude in 2021 from the University of Trento. In 2018 she attended the Erasmus programme at Pàzmàny Péter Catholic University in Budapest (Hungary) and in 2020 the Erasmus programme at Universideda Católica Portuguesain in Porto (Portugal).
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
