Fabrizio Ragazzini is involved in extraordinary transactions, with a focus on M&A - private equity transactions, and the organization of Club Deals.
Before joining the Firm, he worked with leading national law firms based in Bologna and Milan, where he gained expertise in corporate litigation, commercial contracts and M&A transactions.
Fabrizio graduated in Law cum laude from the University of Bologna in 2014. In 2019 he completed, cum laude, the International Business & Company Law Master’s Degree at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
