Chinese acquisitions in Italy: focus on the different organizational cultures for an effective post-acquisition integration process

October 02, 2014

Networking Lunch
Milan, October 2, 2014 | 13.30 - 15.00
Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners - Piazza Belgioioso, 2

China is becoming more and more prominent on the world and Italian scenario for the number and the value of acquisitions.

Our experience shows that to successfully manage the entire process of acquisition and the critical issues deriving from it, it is crucial to understand the role of different organizational cultures.

We will analyze the management of the process of integration between Chinese and Italian companies, bearers of different management models, but real assets when properly understood and integrated.

The meeting will be attended by the professionals of our China Desk and by:

• Giorgio Moise, co-founder and European partner of Industrial MergerChoices, advisory firm specialized in defining internalization strategies and M&A in Europe, Asia and North America.

• Alessandro Pedrazzini, partner of Newton Management Innovation (Sole 24 Ore Group), lecturer in management, corporate and commercial strategy at the Sole 24 Ore Business School.

• Marco Cecchi de’ Rossi, independent director of Dagong Europe Credit rating, the first Sino-European rating agency to register in Europe.
