Rome, May 11th 2009 – The international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners further strengthens its Restructuring team with the arrival of new Partner Silvio Tersilla in the Rome office.

The firm’s Restructuring team, headed by Partners Antonio Auricchio and Gabriella Covino, counts on over 30 professionals, including 7 Partners, all distributed among the firm’s various offices.
Silvio Tersilla, 41 years old, is an expert in crisis management, and he holds a strong track record in assisting both creditors and companies in restructuring processes, acquiring activities through compositions with creditors as well as in the context of turn around plans and restructuring agreements. He also focuses on insolvency proceedings aimed at acquiring illiquid assets (litigations, tax credit, claw-back actions, etc.) and on trading of credits in insolvency proceedings.

Silvio was formerly Head of the Business Restructuring and Insolvency at Lovells. He regularly collaborates with major legal publications and is often involved as a key speaker in various conferences. Member of the International Insolvency Institute and of the Turnaround Management Association, Silvio actively participates in their initiatives.

“We are delighted to welcome Silvio” says Tomaso Cenci, Managing Partner of Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners. “His arrival will further enhance the firm’s Restructuring team whose activity is at present one of the most demanded by the market. Our goal is to constantly reinforce the quality of our services, an aim we are pursuing also through important lateral hires.”
