Rome, 13 December 2023 - International law firm Gianni & Origoni announces the hire of Claudia Colomba, an expert in financial regulatory law, who will join the Financial Markets department as Counsel.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Claudia worked in the Financial institutions team of the global law firm Hogan Lovells, where she gained a solid experience of more than 15 years, assisting international financial institutions with reference to regulatory profiles in the provision in Italy of investment, banking, insurance and payment services, as well as in relation to collective savings management. She managed the regulatory aspects of extraordinary transactions and assisted banks, investment firms, financial intermediaries, insurance companies and asset managers in relation to organisational profiles and business conduct rules. She also assisted primary market operators on financing activities, consumer credit and anti-money laundering. Extensive experience in the Fintech (including cryptoassets, DLT, invoice trading, crowdfunding) and ESG fields completes her profile.
