Rome, September 2nd, 2009 – The international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners further strengthens its Real Estate department with the arrival, on September 1st, of Davide Braghini.
Braghini joins from Allen & Overy, where he was head of the Real Estate practice. His professional specialization includes all real estate transactions, investment agreements and joint ventures, legal assistance to the construction, management and leasing of properties, real estate investment funds. Braghini can boast a specific competence in the insurance sector as well. He is keynote speaker in national and international conferences on corporate and commercial law. He has also been assigned the teaching of specialized master programs.
Along with Braghini, Simone Agulini and Sara Poetto are also joining Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners from Allen & Overy. They are both well experienced in real estate.
Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners’ Real Estate department - headed by Partner Domenico Tulli - is composed of about 30 professionals, of whom 6 Partners, distributed in the various offices of the firm.
