Silvio Vicentini collaborates with the Intellectual Property, TMT and Cybersecurity department, dealing with the protection of industrial property (trademarks, patents, design) and copyright, as well as with all issues relating to unfair competition. Silvio has a particular interest in the areas of copyright law relating to new technologies (software, AI and Blockchain).
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
