Silvio Vicentini collaborates with the Intellectual Property, TMT and Cybersecurity department, dealing with the protection of industrial property (trademarks, patents, design) and copyright, as well as with all issues relating to unfair competition. Silvio has a particular interest in the areas of copyright law relating to new technologies (software, AI and Blockchain).
He graduated in Law at Luigi Bocconi University of Milan in 2021, with a thesis relating to Smart Cities. During his academic years, he spent a semester at University of Amsterdam (UvA) in 2018. Furthermore, he attended the Summer School Program at King’s College of London in 2014.
He is enrolled as a trainee lawyer at the Milan Bar Association (Italy).
Silvio speaks Italian, English and French.
