Ludovica Di Paolo Antonio joined the Gianni & Origoni firm in December 2008 and has been practicing in the firm’s M&A group ever since, advising on an ongoing basis Italian and foreign industrial and commercial corporations, investment funds and regulated companies, such as banks and insurance companies, on commercial and corporate law matters such as M&A transactions, takeover bids, competitive procedures for the acquisition or divestment of assets and shareholdings, mergers, demergers, investment and partnership agreements, and bancassurance agreements. In particular, her work experience comprises frequently advising publicly traded and other clients of Gianni & Origoni with respect to complex issues of compliance with the regulatory provisions dictated by CONSOB, Borsa Italiana, Bank of Italy, IVASS and self-regulatory systems, such as, for example, issues of corporate governance, internal control systems, transactions with related parties, and other similar regulatory matters.
Ludovica is graduated in Law, cum laude, from the University “Roma Tre” in Rome in 2008 with a thesis in Commercial Lawon information and responsibility of the board of directors in the presence of delegated bodies.
Her experience includes an internship at the Jury Committee of the European Parliament and previously, in 2006, in the London office of the Radcliffes Le Brasseur law firm.
She is a member of the Italian Bar from 2012.
She speaks Italian and English.
