Ludovica Di Paolo Antonio assists Italian and multinational companies, investment banks, in Private and Public M&A transactions, including takeover bids, mergers, demergers, transfers of company businesses and shares. She gained an extensive experience in corporate, commercial and regulatory issues (with a focus on activities of Consob and the Italian Stock Exchange).
Before joining our firm in 2008, Ludovica did an internship at the Jury Commission of the European Parliament, Brussels. In 2006 collaborated with the international law firm Radcliffes Le Brasseur in London.
She graduated in Law cum laude from the University “Roma Tre” of Rome in 2008 with a thesis in Commercial Law about liability and information of the board of directors in presence of managing directors.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
