Emanuele Grippo specialises in investment services, asset management, pension funds, securities regulation and structured finance transactions as well as in extraordinary corporate transactions involving regulated companies, including those acting in the insurance sector and the banking and financial sectors. He is known for his strong expertise in insurance contractual and commercial law, review of insurance policies and the regulatory aspects of insurance activities. He also provides advice and assistance to listed issuers in relation to their on-going duties, including disclosure requirements and treatment of price sensitive information, advising also on money laundering legislation.
Emanuele is Head of the firm's Luxembourg desk and Co-Head of the Financial Markets Department.
He graduated in Law “maxima cum laude” from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
