Duilio Carlo Cirilli specialises in corporate and commercial law and collaborates with the Corporate/M&A department providing assistance to Italian and foreign companies, private and listed, in the context of M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals of participations, shareholders' agreements, governance activities and commercial contracts of various kind.
In 2020 he graduated in Law, with honours, at the University of Trento, with a final dissertation dealing with the impact of information asymmetry in corporate relations. Duilio Carlo also holds a second level university master's degree in business and company law from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
