Maria Di Gravio carries out her activity in the Intellectual Property, TMT and Cybersecurity Department, focusing specifically on trademarks, copyright, patents, and issues concerning the law of new technologies with particular focus on Blockchain.
Before joining the firm, Maria collaborated with a leading Italian law firm, gaining experience in the field of commercial and insolvency law.
She graduated with honors in law at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, presenting a dissertation focused on the application of copyright law to works of contemporary art. Maria also holds a Level II Master's degree in Management of Cultural Heritage and Activities, jointly held by Ca' Foscari University of Venice and ESCP Business School in Paris. She completed the "General Course on Intellectual Property" organized by WIPO.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish.
