Giorgia Massimino has acquired a significant experience in the area of compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001 regarding the administrative liability of entities for crimes, assisting Italian and multinational companies in the implementation of organization, management and control systems. She also provides assistance in the activities of the Supervisory Boards of certain companies. Moreover, Giorgia collaborates with the Litigation and Arbitration Department, providing support in judicial and arbitration proceedings.
Giorgia graduated with honors from Carlo Cattaneo University - LIUC in 2020.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
