Filippo Maria has gained experience in providing assistance to primary real estate players in civil law matters related to all stages of the investment, development and sale of real estate portfolios including – inter alia – sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, sale and purchase of going concern and business lease agreement, as well as hotel management agreements.
In addition, Filippo Maria offers judicial and extra-judicial assistance in relation to civil and commercial law matters.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Filippo worked in the legal department of leading international law firms and he also collaborated with CDP as legal advisor.
He graduated in Law, with honours, from Roma Tre University in 2016.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
