Her practice mainly includes extraordinary transactions both on regulated markets and multilateral trading facilities, share capital increase, IPOs, related party transactions, legal opinions on corporate and commercial law matters and ongoing support to listed and unlisted companies.
In 2020 She graduated in law from the University “Roma Tre”.
She is a member of the Rome Bar Association (Italy).
