Flavia specialises in M&A, corporate and commercial law, and collaborates with the Corporate/M&A department providing legal assistance to Italian and foreign companies, private and listed, in the context of M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals of participations, corporate mergers and demergers, shareholders' agreements, governance activities and commercial contracts of various kind.
She graduated in Law, with honours and academic mention, from the University of Naples "Federico II" in 2019. During her academic career, she joined the Erasmus+ programme at University Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona (Spain) for two consecutive years (2017/2019), also conducting a period of thesis research.
She is admitted to practice law in Italy.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
