Matteo specialises in Capital Markets and M&A transactions. He provides assistance to banks, financial institutions and corporates in the context of IPOs, share capital increases and extraordinary transactions (on both regulated markets and multilateral trading facilities) as well as private equity transactions. He also advises clients on commercial and corporate matters and financial market law.
In 2021 he graduated in law from the University of Turin and, during his studies, he attended the Faculty of Law at Universitetet i Bergen in Norway, where he deepened aspects of international corporate law and arbitration.
He is enrolled in the Register of Practitioners at the Turin Bar Association (Italy).
He speaks Italian, English and French.
