Matteo Santarelli cooperates with the Department of Energy and Infrastructure and is mainly focused on administrative law, with particular reference to the fields of renewable energy and infrastructure, public procurement, project financing, public-private partnerships (PPPs), providing assistance and advice, both in judicial and extrajudicial settings, to public administrations and to national and international companies.
He graduated in 2022 with a Master's degree in Law, from the University of Roma Tre. In 2019, he participated in the Erasmus+ programme, attending the Faculty of Law at Universidade de Lisboa (University of Lison) for a semester.
Matteo is a member of the Italian Bar since 2025.
Matteo speaks Italian and English.
