Ludovica Bini works with the firm's corporate M&A department, advising and assisting Italian and foreign companies in extraordinary corporate transactions.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she worked as a legal intern with an important American law firm and then with a leading Italian law firm in Milan, specialized in corporate law.
She graduated in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan with a grade of 110/110 cum laude in October 2021. Moreover, she participated in the Change the World Model United Nations program in New York.
She is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
