Giovanni Bica carries out his professional activity collaborating with the Banking and Finance department of the firm.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked at an important Italian law firm based in Milan, dealing mainly with banking contracts and structured finance.
He graduated in law, with honors, in 2022 from the University of Palermo, discussing a thesis in corporate law. During his university career, he studied in Poland and in the United States.
He speaks Italian, English and Chinese.
