Gaia Pisani works with the Corporate/M&A department of the Firm. She advises domestic and foreign companies and private equity funds in extraordinary transactions, as well as in general assistance on corporate and commercial matters.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she had an experience in a primary law firm, dealing with civil and labour matters.
Gaia graduated in law, with honors, from the University “Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” of Milan, in 2022.
Gaia is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
