Carlotta Mastria works with the Financial Markets Department of the Firm.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she worked with leading Italian and international law firms based in Milan, providing legal and regulatory assistance to companies and financial institutions in connection with extraordinary transactions and corporate governance matters.
Carlotta graduated in Law from Bocconi University in 2019, with a final dissertation in Corporate Law. In 2023, she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
Carlotta is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
