Mario Alcaro Falchi Delitala works with the Banking and Finance team based in Rome.
Before joining the office based in Rome, Mario worked in the London office in the Financial Markets and M&A departments.
He graduated in Law with honours from the European University of Rome in the 2018/2019 academic year and subsequently obtained with distinction (1st class) an LL.M. from King’s College London (UK). Mario is subject expert in European Banking Law at the European University of Rome and author of some scientific publications on banking law. He was a speaker at the International Risk Management Conference 2023, presenting the paper “Equity crowdfunding and Mini-bonds, a tool for the economic recovery of SMEs: ratio, dangers and prospective in the UK and Italian Jurisdiction”.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
