Serena Carriero carries out her activity in the Firm's Data Protection Team.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she worked in a renowned law firm in Milan.
Serena graduated in Law at the University of Milano Bicocca in 2023 discussing a thesis in Private Comparative Law entitled “Artificial Intelligence and discrimination: comparative analysis of liability systems”.
In 2021 she attended the faculty of Law at the University of Lapland in Finland.
She speaks Italian and English.
