Lucrezia Grassi gained experience in the insolvency proceedings sector, handling relevant restructuring transactions. She advised various listed and non-listed companies in the context of out-of-Court negotiations with creditors, debt restructuring agreements and primarily, judicial compositions with creditors.
She also provides assistance in insolvency litigation matters.
Before joining our Firm, Lucrezia worked in the restructuring departments of leading Italian and international law firms, in the offices of Rome and Milan.
Lucrezia graduated in Law at “LUISS” Guido Carli in Rome and she has been appointed as Teaching Assistant in private law and insolvency law at the same University.
She is member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
