Matteo Grillo Moselli specialises in corporate and commercial law and collaborates with the Corporate/M&A department providing assistance to Italian and foreign companies, in the context of M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals of participations, shareholders' agreements, governance activities, and commercial contracts of various kind, as well as in connection with the draft of legal opinions related to corporate and commercial law matters.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni in 2022, he worked at the London office of the Firm and in an international law firm specialised in M&A based in Milan.
In 2019, he graduated in Law, with honours, from the University of Turin.
He speaks Italian and English.
