Claudio Asciolla carries out its professional activity in the Corporate/M&A department of the Firm.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he collaborated with a leading Italian law firm focusing on corporate law, extraordinary transactions, private equity and venture capital.
Claudio completed a Master’s Degree in Law at Università Commerciale "Luigi Bocconi” in 2022 discussing a thesis in corporate law and financial markets law on the Special Purpose Acquisition Companies.
He is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
