Luigi Terenzio Trigona specialises in Banking and Financial Law and provides legal advice to banks, brokers, investment funds and other entities in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, particularly in the areas of syndicated loans, corporate finance, acquisition finance, and real estate finance. He also has experience in bond issues as well as debt restructuring.
Prior to joining the Firm, Luigi worked at a leading international law firm based in Milan.
He graduated with honors in Law from the University of Roma Tre.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
