Davide De Fazio works in the area of corporate and capital markets law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions and corporate governance issues, as well as ongoing advice to Italian and foreign listed and unlisted companies on corporate and commercial matters.
Before joining the Firm, he gained previous work experience at two leading Italian law firms based in Milan.
In 2019 he graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Bari "Aldo Moro", after finalizing a thesis work abroad in collaboration with THUAS (The Hague University of Applied Sciences). In 2021, he completed a second-level master's degree in business law from LUISS Guido Carli.
In 2022 he was admitted to practice law and is currently a member of the Milan Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
