Marco Barbi specializes in equity capital markets, public and private M&A transactions and financial regulatory matters. Marco represents Italian and international companies and investment banks on equity capital markets and M&A transactions, IPOs, rights offerings and tender offers. Marco advises listed companies in relation to corporate governance and regulatory matters and he advises Italian and international companies, banks, insurance companies and financial intermediaries in connection with regulatory and FDI matters.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni in 2024, Marco worked for over 15 years in the Milan office of a leading US law firm.
Marco graduated in Law from Bocconi University of Milan.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
