Alba Lupo focuses mainly on civil, commercial and corporate litigation, providing assistance and advice also in the pre-litigation phase as well as in arbitration proceedings.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she collaborated with a leading law firm based in Rome and Milan specializing in civil, corporate and bankruptcy law.
After spending a semester of study at Aarhus University in Denmark, in 2020 she graduated in Law “cum laude” from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, with a thesis on debt restructuring agreements in Bankruptcy Law and the new Business Crisis and Insolvency Code.
She has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2023.
She speaks Italian and English.
