Ludovico Franceschini specialises in national and international litigation. In this field, he focuses on civil and commercial law.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked with a leading Italian law firm based in Rome and Milan, where he specialised in civil and commercial law. During his work experience, he also collaborated with the firm of a well-known ordinary professor of commercial law at the University of Roma Tre.
After doing a dissertation research at New York Law School, Ludovico graduated from the University of Roma Tre with a dissertation on commercial law in 2021.
He has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2023.
He speaks Italian and English.
