Matteo Costantino specializes in equity and debt capital markets and public M&A, providing assistance to issuers, investors and shareholders in the context of extraordinary transactions in all major Italian stock markets. He also assists listed and public companies on an ongoing basis on corporate governance, shareholder engagement and corporate body relations issues.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2024, he worked for a leading international law firm and during 2016 joined the legal department of UBI Banca S.p.A. (now Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.) as secondee.
Matteo graduated from the Università degli Studi Roma Tre in 2014 and is a member of the Italian Bar since 2017.
He speaks Italian and English.
