Bianca Maria Baraldo practices in the Corporate/M&A department, where she is mainly involved in M&A transactions and provides general contractual and non-contractual legal advice, with particular reference to commercial and corporate law matters.
Before joining the Firm in 2022, she worked in an important French-Italian international law firm, in the Milan office.
Bianca Maria graduated in 2021, obtaining a double degree in French and Italian law from the University of Padua and Paris Panthéon-Assas University, where she attended a Master 1 in European law and a Master 2 in International Economic law.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
