Matteo Andreola carries out his professional activity mainly in the field of insolvency proceedings and restructuring of companies in crisis.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he collaborated with a leading Italian law firm.
He graduated in Law, with honours, from the University of Trieste, discussing a thesis on financial market law, entitled ‘Tender Offers and Defence Techniques’.
He is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
