Matteo Ballotta works with the Financial Markets Department and focuses on debt issuances, debt restructurings and capital markets transactions, in both a domestic and transnational context, as well as on the regulatory aspects of investment activities and services.
In addition to his work at the Firm, he was seconded to an independent international group specialising in alternative investment funds management.
He graduated in Law from the University of Trento and took part in the Erasmus+ Project at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. In 2022, he obtained a Master of Laws - LLM in Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London.
He speaks Italian, English and Portuguese.
