Flavia Furnari practices in the areas of litigation and corporate law. She has been working with the firm since May 2023 within the Litigation and Arbitration Department.
Flavia is enrolled in the dual degree program in Law and in Finance and Business at the University "Roma Tre" of Rome. She was awarded a scholarship to conduct her thesis research in Oxford. The thesis entitled "The RPT discipline between Italy and England: two decision-making mechanisms compared in their affinities, differences and similarities" focuses on related party transactions.
She speaks Italian and English.
