Matteo Padellaro is partner in the Antitrust and Regulatory department and has a significant experience in various fields of Competition Law.
He has represented national and international clients in several investigations and merger filings before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission, as well as before national and EU Courts.
He has a specific expertise in antitrust compliance programs and distribution agreements with a specific focus in the energy, pharma and luxury sectors.
He holds a Ph.D. in “Markets and Consumers” from the University of Rome “Roma Tre” and an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College, London.
He was admitted to the Rome Bar in 2003.
He speaks Italian and English.
