Veruska Maria Crucitti assists Italian and foreign clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters and in all aspects of labour and employment law.
Veruska has gained specific experience in drafting contracts, management agreements, self-employment agreements, agency relationships, restructurings, disciplinary actions and labour law litigation. In addition, Veruska provides ongoing assistance in the context of M&A transactions with regard to the contractual aspects of employment law.
After graduating in Law at the University “Mediterranea” of Reggio Calabria in 2006, she obtained a Law and Business Master from Business School “Il Sole 24 Ore”.
She joined the firm in 2008.
She is a member of the Italian Bar since 2009. In addition, Veruska is entitled to act in front of the Superior Courts since 2023.
She speaks Italian and English.
