Salvatore Gaudiello has gained substantial experience over the years by representing companies active in a wide range of industries, in civil, commercial and corporate litigation, including at the service of the financial world and private equity funds, as well as in private enforcement. In particular, he assists both listed and non-listed Italian and overseas companies, as well as entrepreneurs, in disputes before higher jurisdictions and in national and international arbitrations.
After graduating in Law, with honours, from the University of Naples in 2001, he attended a Master in Corporate Law at Business School of “Il Sole 24 Ore” in 2004. Early in his career (2001-2003), he gained experience working for the “Avvocatura Distrettuale dello Stato” in Naples.
He is author of some publications in procedural and corporate matters.
He has been admitted to practice law in Italy and is a member of the Milan Bar Association. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).
He speaks Italian and English.
