Matteo Canonico has gained experience in the area of M&A and corporate law.
His activity focuses on the field of commercial law in which he has gained experience in "day by day" legal advice having regard, inter alia, to drafting commercial contracts, SPA, shareholders' agreements and ancillary documents. He also focuses on Venture Capital, advising industrial companies, entrepreneurs, funds and Venture Capital operators in acquisition transactions, investments, sale or purchase of majority or minority stakes. He also assists Start Ups or Scale Ups in growth investment transactions.
He graduated in Law summa cum laude 2009 at "Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna".
