Antonio Auricchio specialises in commercial, corporate and bankruptcy matters, as well as in litigation and arbitration proceedings. He advises banks, financial institutions and companies on all aspects of contentious insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
He joined the firm in 1990 and was made partner in 2000. He is currently Co-Managing Partner of the firm.
Antonio was the Office Partner, responsible for the Rome office from 2008 to 2012 and is currently Co-Managing Partner of the Firm.
After graduating in Law “maxima cum laude” from the University "Federico II" of Naples, Antonio studied at the Academy of American and International Law, University of Dallas, Texas, U.S.A.
He is a member of the Italian Bar and he has been qualified to appear before the Italian Supreme Court since 2008. He is also a member of the Italian Association for Arbitration, TMA Italy (Italian Association for Corporate Restructuring) and Alumni of the Academy of American and International Law.
He writes for prominent law publications; his article “Expedited Debt Restructuring - An International Comparative Analysis”, was published by Kluver Law International. He is the author of the chapter "Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law and Policy" of the book "The Law of International Insolvencies and Debt Restructuring".
He speaks Italian and English.
