Giovanna Murador works at the Padua office and focuses on corporate and commercial law. In particular, Giovanna has experience of national and multi-jurisdctional M&A, joint ventures, private equity and general commercial transactions, also involving intellectual property aspects.
Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Giovanna worked for seven years in a leading English law firm. After graduating in Law from Padua University in 2001, she has obtained a Master in Industrial Property Management from the School of Management MIP - Politecnico di Milano in 2003.
Giovanna has been admitted to practice law in Italy in 2004.
She speaks Italian and English.
