Moreno Martini is an expert in corporate and commercial law, with a significant specialisation in the field of mergers and acquisitions, dealing with the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, shareholders' agreements and joint ventures. He assists Italian and international companies in corporate activities and development projects.
After working for Finmeccanica S.p.A as General Counsel, he set up the Turin office in 2005.
Moreno regularly appears as a speaker at conferences across Italy.
He held the office of Secretary to the Board of Directors of the following companies: Aermacchi S.p.A, Alenia Aeronautica S.p.A. and of Wass S.p.A (Finmeccanica Group) gaining specific expertise in corporate governance.
