Nino Di Bella has been with the firm since 1990.
He has developed a specific expertise in the intellectual property and information technology law sectors, with an emphasis on trademarks, copyright, advertising, unfair competition, software related matters, internet and new technologies.
He advises Italian and foreign clients in acquiring and exploiting intellectual property rights as well as in maximizing and managing intangible assets according to a business oriented strategy.
He received his law degree from Università di Catania and has also studied at the City of London Polytechnic.
He is a member of the Italian Bar. He is also a member of the Licensing Executives Society (LES), of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and of the ITechLaw association.
He speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish.
